MEMBER'S BBQ 31st JULY - UPDATE
We are pleased to report that we have had an amazing response from Members booking to attend the Reunion BBQ this coming Saturday. So far we have over 200 people confirmed as attending, which is really great news and further evidence that the SAC really has come back to life.
In order to ensure we have sufficient parking, supplies of beer, wine, food, entertainment for the children, it's really important that we know as accurately as possible the numbers attending to avoid any disappointment on the day.
Those who have not yet booked your place, please do so no later than 6pm on Thursday. We will accept Members entries on the day but this is now quite a large event, so please help us out by completing the attendance form by clicking the blue link below. If you don't have access to a computer, please contact Faye at the Flightdesk and she will input your details on your behalf.
Book Your Place at the Reunion BBQ
We will have special parking arrangements on the day of the event. If you are just arriving to fly and then leave, parking will be in the new gravel car park. The car park outside the club will be designated for disabled and event organisers, catering and the bands. A clearly marked route will be signed and marshalled to direct event participants onto the airfield via the emergency gate behind the AFT cabin. Anyone camping on the field overnight will need to arrive no later than 12 noon and arrive at the electric sliding gate for access and escort onto the airfield. A marshall will meet you there. There will be signs to direct you so please follow these temporary routes.
