Due to popular demand we will be running an Away Day to Duxford on Monday 9th August.
It is not a display day at Duxford, we are just going along for the fun of landing there and a look around.
The usual Away Day proceedures apply.
Please be at the club no later than 9am - breakfast will be available from 08:30. We would like to be away promptly to reach Duxford mid morning.
The point of the day is to have fun, spend a good amount of time at the Museum and do some affordable flying. All levels of experience are welcome, especially students and new pilots.
Contact Chris Stringer (CFI) for more details and to book a place. You will also need to book an aeroplane with the flight desk early as there will be demand for this trip. Could any private owners who want to join in also let Chris know - especially if you have some spare seats available. This is because we can get a group discount ( and perhaps more ! ) from Duxford to help keep the entry cost down.
