of every month. All those interested are welcome. Each meeting will
have a theme and there will be plenty of advice and systems to see.

| Flyin, & Hawaiian Quiz Night |

Our midsummer flyin. A chance for visiting pilots and crews to sample
the famous Sherburn hospitality. Free landing fees all day. The day
will end with a quiz night and Hawaiian themed food. Come in your
loudest shirt, grass skirts optional ! |

Great Northern & LAA Rally

The Great Northern Rally 2009 will be the premiere aviation event
in the North. It includes the LAA rally and is open to all pilots,
and visitors. There will be around 20 trade stands showing a wide
diversity of pilot supplies, avionics, aircraft manufacturers, and
aircraft interiors etc. Hanger and Airfield tours will run throughout
the weekend. Come and see the Russian World Aerobatic Team arrive
for their week long stay at the club. The Rally is open from 10am
on Saturday, although earlier arrivals are possible. A BBQ is planned
for Saturday evening. Entry is £5 (£2 child), but free
to all members of the club. More information in this flyer

Champion Aerobatic team are using Sherburn as their training base
for a week. Open invitation to members to come and watch them practise.
On the Saturday 15th there will a social event to meet the team and
to hear about what they do... |
